arrested Tuesday in connection with the death of a disabled man who was robbed beaten with the blades of a ceiling fan and left in bis home for more than a day authorities said Investigators said the entitled to see the bills law firms submit for local government work as well as other contracts with private businesses A lower court judge ruled last year that the Outer Banks Sentinel a biweekly
