As summer gradually draws to a close and autumn approaches, we intend to make the most of the remaining summertime! The event will take place on our Everyone on NS is welcome to attend this event, whether or not they are a resident of our region. We invite everyone to come have some fun with us! It is entirely up to you whether or not you want to concentrate on one or the other, and you are more than free to engage in both the NS and Discord activities! The only thing we ask is that individuals who would like to attend let us know in advance (by This event is currently scheduled for Friday, August 23rd. 1:00 PM US-EST is when the event will start, so long as there are no significant issues on Discord or onsite. The contests will run until Wednesday, August 28th, although the Discord activities will cease at 4:00 PM US-EST on the day of the event. One day after the event concludes, on Saturday, August 24, the winners of the Discord activities will get their awards. The winners of the NS activities and contests will get their awards on Saturday, August 31, exactly eight days after the event concludes. As soon as humanly possible, any changes to the event's times or dates will be announced. Every NS activity will take place on our regional page. These will include two entertaining polls, RMB openness, and custom contests. Sicias and Cynoa will oversee, direct, and organize all of the NS activities. Until they are released to the public at the event, the polls will remain confidential. Throughout the day, a free for all will be extended to the RMB! Sicias and Cynoa will be creating entertaining posts in an effort to improve our mutual understanding and facilitate enjoyable conservations. ... The three competitions are the following: the Flag Competition, which is about creating the best summer flag that the Union of Allied States will use every year; the Writing Contest, which is about creating the best summer poem or short story; and the UASOlympics, which is about creating a unique interpretation of the Olympics through a factbook. All interested parties may participate in the Flag Competition, regardless of whether they are residents of the region. Winners will be determined by a 1-2-3 ranking, meaning first, second, and third place. There aren't any strict guidelines for creating flags; the only things that matter are adhering to the guidelines that the administrators on site have previously set and attempting to fit the event's theme. Every summer, the region will fly the flag that received the most votes, and proper credit will be provided. On August 31, the flag competition's winners and prizes will be revealed. Everyone who wants to enter the writing contest is welcome, regardless of whether they reside in the region. Winners will be chosen using a 1-2-3 ranking system, which assigns points to first, second, and third place. Writing should adhere to the site's guidelines, and originality is valued greatly. A short story or poem with a summertime fun subject that is no more than 300 words meets the basic requirements. For a month, the winning piece of literature will be featured every day on the RMB and pinned on our regional page. On August 31, the writing contest winners and prizes will be revealed. Regardless of whether they are a part of our region or not, all nations are more than welcome to participate in the UASOlympics. All nations will be able to compete in the various sports provided at the UASOlympics, which will be conducted entirely through the use of a randomizer. The sports will have a special design and operating system, and they will be revealed ahead of time in the specially dispatched package created for the UASOlympics. There will be a victor in each category, and each nation may register for just one of the selected sports. All UASOlympic champions will receive cards and honorary mentions on the RMB. We'll also pin the UASOlympics dispatch on our regional page. On August 31, the UASOlmypic winners and prizes will be revealed. ... It's fairly simple to submit an entry for anyone who wants to compete in the NS competitions. All you have to do is send a telegram stating your nation's name and the particular requirements for the competition or competitions you wish to enter. You would enter the Flag Competition by submitting the name of your nation along with a link to a picture of the flag or flags. You would enter the name of your nation along with a link to the dispatch or location of your written work for the Writing Contest. You would enter the name of your nation and the sport you would like to compete in at the UASOlympics (you may only enter one sport per nation). By the end of the day on August 28, all telegrams need to be forwarded to Sicias or Cynoa. Late entries will not be accepted. Since we are all human and ultimately our primary function is to ourselves and the outside world, please be courteous and patient while you wait for them to respond with notification that your proposal has been accepted.

On the day of the event, the Discord portion will begin at approximately 1:00 PM US-EST. However, in-order to make sure the event channel is operational, we must conduct a number of tests. We appreciate your patience while we work to get things up and going. Everyone will be informed if any significant changes are made as a result of technical difficulties, and any-and-all delays will be disclosed. You must The entire Discord portion of the event will be led by Eco-Paris Reformation and Revengi. Everyone will receive a ping with details on how to join the event channel as soon as the event channel opens. We will gradually start the Discord portion of the event once everyone has settled into the event channel. During the event, music will be played, and attendees are welcome to suggest songs. Pop, pop-rock, country, or classical music is always the overarching genre for our music. Everyone will greet one another at the start of the event and gradually grow used to things. Our Trivia Rounds will be the first feature of the Discord section of the event! Anyone is welcome to participate in the trivia. Sports/Leisure and Geography will be the subjects of this event's trivia! Everyone has time to join the website, and our trivia is administered by sharing the screen on the Discord event channel. We use these websites for our trivia: Gimkit, Quizlet, Quizizz, and Kahoot. We'll be using Quizizz and Kahoot for our trivia throughout this event. The Trivia Rounds' overall winners will be announced as the winners of each trivia topic! After a brief break, the Trivia Rounds will be followed by the Games Aspect of the event. The following games will be played during the event: Roblox (a private server for Rise of Nations and Murder Mystery 2), AmongUs (probably around 5 rounds or more), Geoguess Master (possibly around 3 rounds or more), and Secret Hitler. Every game is available for free, and we'll host our own private servers for each one. Everyone is welcome to participate in the games. The games of the night winners will be declared as the winners or top winners fior each game! In addition, a NationStates GuessWho competition will be held! Everyone is welcome to play this special game, but you must notify us in advance if you like to play. We request responses to a template of questions that we will deliver. The collected data will be added to a multiple-choice list, and participants will be required to guess the identity of the nation! There will be a public post on the UAS RMB to formally announce the winners of the games and trivia, in honor of all winners of the Discord activities. The winners will be recognized with personalized certificates and a shoutout on our RMB and in this dispatch. Card rewards will also be awarded to the winners of the games and trivia on the Discord side of the event. One day following the event, at 12:00 US-EST, is the public post and Discord activities award ceremony. | There will be a ceremony to award the winners of the NS activities. Five days will pass after the contests open, and the judges will have three days to choose the winners based on the criteria. September 21st is designated as the International Day of Peace. Together with the heads of our embassy regions, our region intends to have a massive interregional event. The site moderators will be informed of the plans and arrangements for this enormous event, which will also involve a fundraiser and charitable donations.
