Susan did an okay job on my manicure and pedicure and I had to ask for the massage chair to be turned on. When the service was done Susan made sure to tell me my $10 dollar tip wasn’t enough and that I had to tip her $15 dollars or more. Never have I experienced that in a nail salon and I tip more when the service is great. I won’t be returning there. I spoke with 2 friends and they stated they didn’t have good experiences at this nail salon.

Critical:ProfessionalismI am in no way a cheap tipper, but I believe in tipping according to what you are having done and the quality of the job. I came here to get a short set done, as I cannot work with long nails. I was charged $35 for A SHORT SET and a basic color (white). I did not get color acrylic or any crazy designs – I find it absurd that I am paying that price for short nails.The pedicure was fine although the girl doing it seemed to be in a rush. The woman who did my nails though (I believe she was also the owner) did a terrible job with the manicure and even after I told her I didn’t like it, she wanted to charge extra for her to fix HER MISTAKES. I decided to only tip the girl who did my pedicure. The owner got upset and demanded a higher tip for the girl who did my pedicure, as well as herself. To make things worse, she did this in front of all of the customers. I am in no way a cheap tipper, but I believe in tipping according to what you are having done and the quality of the job. I came here to get a short set done, as I cannot work with long nails. I was charged $35 for A SHORT SET and a basic color (white). I did not get color acrylic or any crazy designs – I find it absurd that I am paying that price for short nails.The pedicure was fine although the girl doing it seemed to be in a rush. I walked in simply wanting a polish change. The nail technician who I believe was also the owner told me to pick a color. I did, then she said the polish was two dollars extra. I just went along with it and didn’t say anything even though I should have. She started polishing my nails and she was extremely rough. Throwing my hands every which away and also told me she didn’t have time to file or trim my nails., even though that’s included in a polish change. Again, I didn’t say anything. When she asked for me to pay, she asked me how much am I tipping?!! Excuse me? A tip is optional and quite frankly, I tipped based upon service provided and your service sucked! Like many others, I too had a bad experience. I was pushing for time and decided to stop by this nail salon because it was close by to where I was staying. I walked in simply wanting a polish change. This salon is a disaster. Walked in for a gel mani and regular pedi. They charged extra for their nail polish?! and pedi was not painted evenly. The technician didn’t say anything about the up charge until the end. Then for my gel mani I selected a creamy pink and the technician did a clear pink like French (looks like no polish) and refused to fix the color. She then got angry and screamed at me for a larger tip. Overall very rude and not clean, especially during covid. They use the same tools without disinfecting, she wiped the tools with a towel after she wiped her work station with it. Dust and dirt everywhere. Gross!! Avoid!!

I’ve been to this salon many times over the last couple of years, always tipped well. Last time I went, 2 weeks ago, got a gel manicure which had to be repaired when I went on vacation. A week later, arrived home to more peeling and stopped in to get it repaired. No one even bothered to talk with me, ignored me and I walked out. It is one of the more affordable places and occasionally, things were fine but I will NOT be returning. You get what you pay for.

In my 11 years of getting my nails done I have never had a worse experience than what I had at this business (And I once had half of my eyebrows waxed off). I went in with the simple request of wanting to remove my nails and get a manicure. Which was going to cost me a whopping 31 dollars… But I was okay with it because it was an emergency. The person they assigned me to clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Instead of removing the nails like I had done so many time, she filed away acrylic and ultimately my own nails until there was nothing left but fragile thin coating you could barely call a nail. Also leaving acrylic on in some places. I kept trying to tell her that it was not how it was normally done, but she insisted she knew what she was going. One day later my nails broke and to this day continue to break to barely having nails at all on my fingers. I have so many regrets and this is one of them. They boast that they will fix your nails if it gets damaged within 3 days of you visiting. But I didn’t want to risk going back there after the horrendous experience.

I now have three nails broken in less than a week because q was so cheap with the dip powder but wanted to charge the most money I have seen in the country of all the nail shops that I go to the most expensive nail shop and she used such little dip to where they not even lasting a whole week $200 to get my nails and toes done for them to last three and four days I even told her that I was afraid that they were too thin and not enough product was used but she didn’t care as long as she got her money I feel cheated and I’m going to be glad when karma hits her and she soon finds herself to be cheated a lot the way that she cheats others from their money watch her money start being cheated out of her life it always happens when people do bad on to me it always comes back to them I do not recommend this nail shop and I will not be back at all even if I go back to Wyoming she will not be doing my nails I am not going to wait dollars when someone is that greedy to where they can’t even put enough products to satisfy a
